Anointed Day
Charles Schovajsa: Worship Leader

The Vision of Anointed Day is to see God's Name Lifted High, to see the Name Of Jesus proclaimed through our praise and worship! We believe that God wants to touch his people, and through Praise and Worship we believe we get God's attention! We believe that Praising and Worshiping our Heavenly Father is the first and last thing we should do as believers! We believe it is the most important thing we can do! God Bless, Charles Schovajsa!

Psalm 100
Message Translation

Thanksgiving Psalm

   1 -2 On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence.
   3 Know this: God is God, and God, God. He made us; we didn't make him. We're his people, his well-tended sheep.
   4 Enter with the password: "Thank you!" Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him.
   5 For God is sheer beauty, all-generous in love,  loyal always and ever.

Titus 2:11-14 (New International Version)
 11For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. 12It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

Romans 3: 21-26 (New Living Translation)

Christ took our punishment:

21But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
 23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
 24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
 25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
 26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

A David Psalm (Message Translation)

   1 -2 O my soul, bless God. From head to toe, I'll bless his holy name! O my soul, bless God,
      don't forget a single blessing!

   3 -5 He forgives your sins—every one. He heals your diseases—every one.
      He redeems you from hell—saves your life! He crowns you with love and mercy—a paradise crown.
      He wraps you in goodness—beauty eternal. He renews your youth—you're always young in his presence.

    6 -18 God makes everything come out right; he puts victims back on their feet.
      He showed Moses how he went about his work, opened up his plans to all Israel.
      God is sheer mercy and grace; not easily angered, he's rich in love.
      He doesn't endlessly nag and scold, nor hold grudges forever.
      He doesn't treat us as our sins deserve, nor pay us back in full for our wrongs.
      As high as heaven is over the earth,  so strong is his love to those who fear him.
      And as far as sunrise is from sunset, he has separated us from our sins.
      As parents feel for their children, God feels for those who fear him.
      He knows us inside and out, keeps in mind that we're made of mud.
      Men and women don't live very long; like wildflowers they spring up and blossom,
      But a storm snuffs them out just as quickly, leaving nothing to show they were here.
      God's love, though, is ever and always, eternally present to all who fear him,
      Making everything right for them and their children as they follow his Covenant ways
      and remember to do whatever he said.

   19 -22 God has set his throne in heaven; he rules over us all. He's the King!
   So bless God, you angels, ready and able to fly at his bidding,
      quick to hear and do what he says.
   Bless God, all you armies of angels, alert to respond to whatever he wills.
   Bless God, all creatures, wherever you are— And you, O my soul, bless God!
